Testimonials

“I cannot recommend Calum highly enough”

“I’ve started with Calum for pelvic / groin pain and had a couple sessions so far. He gave me reassurance in first session which I was looking for and set out a plan for me to follow in the gym / record videos on phone for stretches / exercises to do regularly, to work on the 3 areas of body around the pelvic region, which has helped. He has been very available for appointments and continued support over WhatsApp messaging, which I hugely appreciate. If you are having any problems / injury’s I would highly recommend Middleton Physio :)”

Luke Spitzey

“Can’t recommend Calum enough. A friend had recommended him to help with my knee issues. Listened to my pain/problem and helped me accordingly rather than just giving generic exercises to do at home. Discussed a plan to return to being able to run and then put it into action. Genuinely takes an interest in you as a person on top of the issues you have. Top top man”

Brad Capener

“After suffering a painful knee injury, I saw Calum who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. After an initial assessment, when I was soon put at my ease, a programme of treatment and exercises was fully explained. I’m happy to say that I was soon without pain and back on track with my walking. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Calum to other people and I have to say that if I had any other similar problems I wouldn’t hesitate to return to him for advice.”

Anne Hackett

“I had 4 sessions with Calum regarding a muscular tissue injury, Calum was extremely competent and very knowledgeable, from the treatment and exercises that were given to me, I'm happy to say that my injury has now healed. I would not hesitate to recommend Calum”

John Dutton

“I saw Calum after having ligament surgery on my ankle, and I can’t thank him enough for the help and support he provided. Before treatment, walking for long periods or doing any high-intensity exercise would leave me in pain. After working with Calum, the pain was completely gone, and I was able to go travelling without any issues at all. His expertise made a huge difference in my recovery!”

Ollie Sharkey

“I went to Calum with a couple of issues(torn meniscus and shoulder injury) and very quickly he worked out what they were and to put a plan together to alleviate the discomfort it was causing me. Very affable and takes the time to explain the process in layman's terms so you buy in to the process. Would wholeheartedly recommend Calum to anyone who needs a physio.”

Darren Warmington

“I saw Calum regarding knee pain and later returned when suffering from back pain, he was able to identify the issues and provide a manageable treatment plan and ensured that I understood the exercises provided. He made me feel at ease and listened to all my concerns. Highly recommend.”

Jenny Wilkinson

“Had a recurring Injury so I went to Calum and he was of great help. Very thorough with detail and built a plan alongside my goals to get me back playing. I built strength quickly and felt confident to get back playing Great guy as well Highly recommend”

Jakk Pursey

“I saw Calum after years of back pain, barely able to bend or do everyday things and was adamant that more surgery was the only answer. With his help I shifted my focus from constantly protecting my back to learning to trust it again. The change has been truly life-changing. I never thought I’d be able to bend and do the things I can now. I move freely, have full confidence, and can look forward to retiring next year without worrying about my back.”

David Curtis

“Had an injury to my shoulder just a couple of weeks before I was due to compete in a competition. Calum got me to a place where I was able to compete and work through the injury with clear exercises to maintain the progress when at home.”
