Persistent / Chronic Pain
Living with pain that lasts longer than expected can be frustrating, exhausting, and isolating. We understand that persistent pain is rarely explained by tissue damage alone.
Pain is influenced by the nervous system, movement patterns, stress, sleep, and daily demands. We take time to understand your experience and identify contributing factors beyond symptoms.
Our approach focuses on restoring confidence in movement, reducing flare-ups, and building a sustainable, long-term plan that helps you regain control of your life.
